We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join our in-house team and help bring bold and clever campaigns to life. You’ll work across performance and brand marketing, taking ideas from first spark to final delivery and help push BookBeat’s creative expression forward across all channels.
This is a hands-on, idea-driven, senior role for someone who combines sharp design skills with smart conceptual thinking. You’re a curious and proactive person who loves coming up with new ideas, building them with others, and isn’t afraid to rethink, tweak and improve along the way. Someone who not only loves great design, but knows how to make it work and stand out. You turn insights into creative work that connects, performs and drives real impact. You’re experienced working across different markets and audiences, and know how to adapt creative to local context while keeping a strong, unified brand.
You're also tuned in to how creativity is evolving, from trends and formats to new tools and technologies, and you’re excited to turn that curiosity into action. You’ll help drive creative innovation within the team, using everything from AI to emerging tech to not just to scale or speed up production, but to elevate and enhance the quality of our creative work, unlock smarter ways of working, and push our brand expression forward.
In this role you’ll collaborate closely with our brand, motion and audio designers, as well as the whole international marketing and sales team, to craft work that feels fresh, clear and uniquely BookBeat. The role is based at BookBeat's headquarters in Stockholm, and reports to the In-house Design & Brand Director.

What you’ll do
- Develop creative concepts and design campaigns across brand and performance marketing
- Work hands-on from idea to final delivery - and be involved in every step along the way
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to deliver standout work across multiple markets, formats and channels
- Contribute to testing, optimising and iterating on applications for different markets and audiences – translating insights into your creative work
- Explore, apply, and develop AI tools and emerging tech in-house — from concepting and content creation to streamlining creative workflows
- Help define how we use AI and automation in smart, creative ways that elevate everything that we do
- Help evolve and protect the BookBeat brand expression in fast-moving environments
- Bring new ideas, challenge the work, and help raise the creative bar
What you’ll bring
- A degree in design, art direction, communications or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in creative design roles
- A portfolio that shows both strong visual design and original campaign thinking
- Experience working across multiple digital formats, both motion and still (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, display etc.)
- Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (experience with Smartly or similar tools is a plus)
- Fluency in English, Swedish is a plus
