Partnership Specialist - Sweden
Are partnerships your thing? Do you love marketing and want to join a fast-moving team with lots of experts? Then you're who we've been looking for!
Are you passionate about marketing, building strong relationships and seeing ideas come to life? Do you write and speak fluent Swedish, and love communicating in a way that resonates? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
We’re now looking for a Partnership Specialist to join our Swedish marketing team and help drive BookBeat’s continued growth through smart, fun and effective collaborations.
As Partnership Specialist, you’ll play a central role in identifying, setting up and developing creative partnerships with external companies and affiliate networks. You’ll work on everything from initial outreach to negotiating terms, planning campaigns, and making sure we deliver real results. If you’re someone who enjoys both strategy and execution – and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment – this could be your next big step!
About the role
You’ll join our marketing team at the BookBeat HQ in central Stockholm, reporting to the Marketing Director for Sweden and Finland. You’ll work closely with skilled specialists across the wider Marketing & Sales team, and have the chance to make a big impact both short- and long-term.
Your main focus will be:
- Identifying and initiating new B2B and affiliate partnerships that help BookBeat reach new listeners
- Developing ongoing collaborations with existing partners – building long-term relationships that benefit both sides
- Planning and launching co-branded campaigns with partners, e.g. customer club offers or loyalty programs
- Tracking performance and using insights to optimize for even better results
- Supporting the Swedish marketing team in other marketing initiatives when needed . We are a tight knit team and while primary tasks will be focused on partnerships, you will jump in and help with other marketing tasks as needed
Who we think you are
You’ve likely started your career and have around 2 years under your belt and are ready to take the next step. Maybe you have been working in a marketing or sales role for a bit, and now want to specialize more in partnerships and collaborations. You’re curious, driven, and full of ideas – and love turning those ideas into action.
We believe you:
- Have at least 2+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, sales or similar (bonus if it’s in a fast-growing company)
- Hold a degree in marketing, communication, business or a related field – or have other relevant experience
- Are fluent in Swedish and have solid communication skills in English
- Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
- Are structured, proactive and eager to test new things
- Have a “nothing-is-impossible” mindset and love meeting new people - you'll do a lot of that in this role!
- Are confident in analyzing data and making insight-driven decisions
- Can manage several projects at once without losing your cool - the role is fast paced and you'll get to have your hand in many tasks at once

About us
In 2015, we began our journey towards the goal of offering Europe’s leading service for digital books and in 2016, we launched to the public. Now, about 9 years since our broad launch, BookBeat is used by over 1 million users every month. We are an ever-growing company within the Bonnier Group and all members who join our journey have the possibility to make an impact on our development – both in the short and long run.
Today, Team BookBeat consists of around 170 curious and committed doers. Are you interested in becoming part of our team? Wonderful! While our employees are experts at many different areas, we have four core values uniting all of us:
🚀 Be great at what you do
📣 Share what you know
🔎 Curiosity for our users and us
🤝 Build Team BookBeat
In other words: we want our employees to continuously deep dive into and develop within their area(s) of expertise, but also to share that knowledge with their colleagues – we’re all in this together and cooperate (most often a lot) on a daily basis! We’re also looking for employees who are genuinely curious about our users, journey and organization, a curiosity that drives us to always test out new things in our service and to let our users show us if we’re on the right track. Last but definitely not least we want all our employees to contribute to the everyday cooperations and the wellbeing of Team BookBeat – as already mentioned, we’re in this together and we want our team to be healthy and happy at work, and we all contribute to this in different ways.
