Since launching in Denmark in 2020, BookBeat has seen continuous growth, with more and more Danish users making audiobooks a part of their everyday life through our app. To further build on this, we are now adding a Partnership Coordinator to our Danish marketing team, who makes sure we attract new users to BookBeat and grow our brand awareness by everything we do. As our new Partnership Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving our growth through creative partnerships and marketing initiatives.
This role is perfect for you who are in the beginning of your career and want to take your next steps in a fun, developing and dynamic environment where you can make a real impact – both in the short and long term! We believe you have a relevant education and/or up to a couple of years' experience in a similar role. However, having the right personality, skills and drive to develop within growth-driven marketing is key to us, and we therefore put a lot of emphasis on personal suitability.
To succeed in this role, you are a doer that makes things happen, but also seeks to understand what to do, by having a data-driven approach. You are someone who is both curious and creative, and easily takes initiative and ownership of what you do. You are also great at establishing new connections and eventually turning them into long-term relationships. You enjoy working independently, but also thrive in a team setting.
As Partnership Coordinator Denmark, you will mainly work with setting up and developing different types of external partnerships, but also support the team with other growth-driven and awareness-building marketing campaigns. You will be a part of the Danish marketing team and report directly to the Country Manager for Denmark but will also collaborate with our sharp marketing and sales team filled with marketing specialists, designers and analysts. Your primary workplace will be our HQ in Stockholm, but the role might also involve some business trips to Denmark to meet local partners.
The role tasks include (but are not limited to):
- identify, initiate, develop and manage partnerships with external companies, affiliate networks and influencers
- plan, book and implement campaigns and activations with our partners
- continuously analyse the performance of our partnerships, using data to optimize future efforts
- support with planning and implementation of other marketing campaigns on the Danish market
We would love it if you have:
- a relevant university degree in economics, marketing or communication
- worked with marketing, sales or similar tasks alongside or after your studies with 1-3 years of experience
As a person you are someone who:
- has a “nothing-is-impossible”-mindset
- is a sharp communicator that speaks and writes Danish fluently and has a good knowledge of English. If you understand Swedish it is a plus, but not a must.
- is proactive, data-driven and loves experimenting with new ideas to drive growth
- is curious and a self-starter that is not afraid to try new things
- appreciates working in a thorough and structured way together with your team
Are we ticking all the right boxes? If so, we can't wait to receive your application! If you have any questions, contact our Country Manager Denmark, Josefin Nordin at josefin.nordin@bookbeat.com.
As an employee of BookBeat AB, you can enjoy a benefit package that includes the following:

💌 Occupational group life insurance, work injury insurance & business travel insurance
🎾 Yearly wellness allowance

About us
In 2015, we began our journey towards the goal of offering Europe’s leading service for digital books and in 2016, we launched to the public. Now, about 9 years since our broad launch, BookBeat is used by over 900 000 users every month. We are an ever-growing company within the Bonnier Group and all members who join our journey have the possibility to make an impact on our development – both in the short and long run.
Today, Team BookBeat consists of 160 curious and committed doers. Are you interested in becoming part of our team? Wonderful! While our employees are experts at many different areas, we have four core values uniting all of us:
🚀 Be great at what you do
📣 Share what you know
🔎 Curiosity for our users and us
🤝 Build Team BookBeat
In other words: we want our employees to continuously deep dive into and develop within their area(s) of expertise, but also to share that knowledge with their colleagues – we’re all in this together and cooperate (most often a lot) on a daily basis! We’re also looking for employees who are genuinely curious about our users, journey and organization, a curiosity that drives us to always test out new things in our service and to let our users show us if we’re on the right track. Last but definitely not least we want all our employees to contribute to the everyday cooperations and the wellbeing of Team BookBeat – as already mentioned, we’re in this together and we want our team to be healthy and happy at work, and we all contribute to this in different ways.
