About us
In 2015, we began our journey towards the goal of offering Europe’s leading service for digital books and in 2016, we launched to the public. Now, about 7 years since our broad launch, BookBeat is used by over 700 000 users every month. We are an ever-growing company within the Bonnier Group and all members who join our journey have the possibility to make an impact on our development – both in the short and long run.
Today, Team BookBeat consists of 150 curious and committed doers. Are you interested in becoming part of our team? Wonderful! While our employees are experts at many different areas, we have four core values uniting all of us:
🚀 Be great at what you do
📣 Share what you know
🔎 Curiosity for our users and us
🤝 Build Team BookBeat
In other words: we want our employees to continuously deep dive into and develop within their area(s) of expertise, but also to share that knowledge with their colleagues – we’re all in this together and cooperate (most often a lot) on a daily basis! We’re also looking for employees who are genuinely curious about our users, journey and organization, a curiosity that drives us to always test out new things in our service and to let our users show us if we’re on the right track. Last but definitely not least we want all our employees to contribute to the everyday cooperations and the wellbeing of Team BookBeat – as already mentioned, we’re in this together and we want our team to be healthy and happy at work, and we all contribute to this in different ways.

About BookBeat
In 2015 Bonnier Books, one of Europe’s leading publishing companies, gathered a team of digital innovators and literature lovers to create a market leading service for digital books. Spurred on by our curiosity and a profound commitment to our users, books and new technology we created BookBeat and worked towards a broad launch of our app to the public in 2016.
BookBeat is a digital subscription service that allows you to stream audiobooks and read e-books on your mobile or tablet. Much like other streaming subscriptions, with BookBeat you pay a monthly fee and can stream as many audiobooks as you’d like or listen for a limited number of hours for an even better price – whichever suits you best!
Backed by Bonnier, a company with more than one hundred years’ worth of experience with creating, refining and distributing great stories, we have set out to create the best possible service for digital books. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for everyone to find and experience great stories. So whether you want to contribute by becoming a part of our team, or just want an easy way to enjoy a great book – we invite you to join us!
