That is why we're strengthening the Marketing & Sales Team with a German-speaking super talent for the role of an Influencer Marketing Coordinator Germany!

The role as an Influencer Marketing Coordinator Germany is perfect for a person who has already taken their first steps into Social Media or Influencer Marketing or perhaps you are an Influencer yourself and want to take the next steps in developing your skills this area and at while building one of the largest digital audio services in one of Europe's biggest markets. While we appreciate experience in the field of Influencer Marketing, the most important thing for us is that you have the right personality and motivation to develop in a fast-paced environment.

To succeed in the role of Influencer Marketing Coordinator Germany, you are likely curious, driven, passionate about Social Media and have an interest in the German social media world. Your communicative skills are strong, you can work independently as well as on a team and you have German as your mother tongue. It is a plus if you speak Swedish as well, but not a requirment.

As Influencer Marketing Coordinator Germany, you will be part of our German team. Being on team Germany means you'll also be a part of a larger team: our sharp Marketing & Sales team - filled with marketers, designers and analysts. In the role, you will report directly to Marketing Director Germany. In addition, you will work closely with external partners, such as agencies and influencer networks. Your primary workplace will be BookBeat's headquarters in Stockholm.

The role tasks include (but are not limited to):

  • establish, maintain and develop collaborations with influencers, ambassadors and agencies
  • develop the influencer marketing program and strategy for Germany
  • increase the traffic, sales and brand awareness through influencer marketing
  • plan marketing campaigns on different social media platforms
  • analyze and evaluate influencer collaborations

We would ideally want you to:

  • have experience in Social Media and/or Influencer Marketing
  • are passionate about Social Media
  • dass du fließend Deutsch, Englisch (und Schwedisch) sprichst und die Sprachen souverän anwenden kannst
  • are great at team projects, always carry your weight and meet deadlines
  • are curious and always out discover new and exciting things

As a person you:

  • have a great attitude and bring good energy to the group
  • are full of ideas and aren't afraid to share them
  • have a “nothing-is-impossible”-mindset
  • are both structured and creative

  • Present at Friday Demo. Every Friday we hold a cross company demo where you have the opportunity to share what you've been working on that week. We believe in cross-functional work and having a weekly demo facilitates this by giving you the opportunity to brag a bit about your hard work and your latest accomplishments.
